Venue Booking Policy
- All payments are final! Only book when you are sure, as by holding dates for you prevents us from booking anyone else. You may float payments made to another date per our availability within 12 months. After 12 months, you’d be required to start over, as payment is no longer transferable.
- Invoices default to 3 payments. First payment is the 50% booking deposit. We will accept a 25% deposit to secure your date, but you must satisfy the remaining 25% in 30 days. Second payment is the remaining rental balance. Third payment is the refundable security deposit. All final payments are due 14 days before your event.
- Clients who pay in full upon receiving their invoice will be gifted 2 additional hours of rental time, as a thank you from us. If you would like to make one payment, instead of 3, just let us know.
- No hourly bookings on Saturday, but you may book hourly Sunday – Friday, with at least 2 hours booked. Saturdays may be rented for full day (12 hrs) or half day (6 hrs) between morning hours of 7am – 3pm or evening hours of 4pm – 2am.
- You must include setup and breakdown within your rental hours, as you’re occupying the venue and we’d be unable to rent during that time. Consult with your event planner, decorator, and other party vendors to confirm your logistics.
- You are allowed to use your own vendors. If you need assistance, we work with some amazing preferred vendors and would love to send them your way.
- Simple cleaning required upon exiting to put the venue back like you found it when entering. Two dumpsters are behind the building, so make sure all trash is out of the building. We will provide a detailed cleaning checklist in your contract.
- Tables (round, rectangle, and bar height), chairs (white plastic folding), kitchenette (fridge with freezer, double sink, microwave, hot box, steel prep table), projector system, surround sound, and plenty of parking space available when booking with us. We do offer some upgrade options for additional costs.
Choose the best package to suit your needs below. Once we receive your deposit, the contract will be emailed to you for signature. Bookings are not considered final until we have a signed contract on file. If you do not see it, check spam/junk folders, as some emails auto-filter.
